Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging Celebrates Packaging Week with Global Engagements
The Sri Lanka Institute of Packaging (SLIP) successfully celebrated National Packaging Week in collaboration with World Packaging Organization (WPO) member institutions, featuring a series of global networking, knowledge-sharing, and industry-focused activities.
Key highlights included the LANKAPAK Exhibition, hosting of the 114th World Packaging Organisation (WPO) Board Meeting, a series of high-level meetings, the Global Packaging Congress, and the Sri Lanka Packaging Awards Night, which recognized excellence and innovation within the packaging sector.
These initiatives strengthened international partnerships, encouraged industry–academia collaboration, and reinforced Sri Lanka’s growing role in the global packaging community.
